LEADERSHIP BETWEEN CULTURAL DIFFERENCES

      Cultural diversity always happens around a team, so leadership will strengthen team performance to overcome cultural differences. Good leadership will give an emphasis that differences is not a problem. He will should never make a discrimination. And he will use differences to achieve a team purpose.

          The first important thing is a leader should give an emphasis that differences is not a big deal. Cultural differences is a normal condition in our daily live. No one people nor a team does not has a differences.

        The next step is not make a discrimination between a team members. Every members in each cultural have to be treated equal. Justice spread evenly around a team members, so a differences are not felt.

         Furthermore, a leader should able to take advantage of oppotunities from cultural differences. Smart leadership should able to change a diversity to become a force of unity to achieve a goals.

          Contribution of leadership is needed to overcome cultural differences. As a leader should give an emphasis that differences is not a problem. And then he should avoid a discrimination araound his team members. At last, he will use differences to achieve a team goals.
